Worship ~ Summer News

Last Sunday marked the first service in our new worship space! There were approximately 40 people in attendance in the Parlour, with 21 participating on Zoom.
Thank you to all who helped with set-up and especially to those who led worship (Jane Ridout and Anne Leyton-Brown), and to our wonderful Tech Team who are dealing with new challenges in livestreaming from the Parlour. Thanks also to Nava Javanshir for the beautiful PowerPoint images she created for the service.
Despite the rain and the heat, the service was a big success!
A note about accessibility: Last Sunday, there was no safe access corridor in the Sanctuary for those needing to use the ramp at the Yonge Street doors and then the lift in Centennial Hall. I'm happy to report that the Major Repairs Team (RHUC volunteers- Doug L., Ken, Dan, Mark, and Carolyn B.) has let us know that there will be a corridor through the Sanctuary in time for this week's service!
