Pop-up Choir

"Remember the special choir presentation on Pride Sunday in June when a ‘pop-up choir’ of about a dozen of you joined the Chancel Choir in the singing of “Christ Has Broken Down the Wall”?”  Well, here’s another opportunity, and you are invited.  I would like to prepare a ‘pop-up choir’ to sing with the Chancel Choir, a beautiful anthem, called “I Choose Love” by Mark Miller.  It couldn’t be more appropriate and needed in these very troubling times.

We will sing on Sunday, November 19, and practice a few times after the worship service, starting on Sunday October 29th. To help with practicing, this anthem is on YouTube - see below.

If you would like to be part of this choir, please let me know, or you can show up at a practice.  Anyone can participate.  You don’t need to consider yourself a singer to join – remember, we’ll be doing this with the Chancel Choir.  It’s fun!  Feel free to join us.
