Message from the Board

  Dear Friends,

I want to let you know about a decision recently taken by your Board.   The Covid pandemic is still with us , but the risks have been dropping for some months.  Many organizations and places for public gatherings, including churches, have been modifying their Covid safety practices in response to this trend.  Your Board has modified our RHUC Covid policy several times, most recently in October, and now we are shifting again. 

As of May 1st mask wearing will be strongly recommended at all times, and in all parts of our building, but will not be mandatory.  Masks will continue to be made available for services and at entrances to the building at other times. Many individuals will continue to use masks voluntarily, and some groups, like the Choir will continue to do so as well.  

The timing of the change to our policy is intended to give people time to consider their preferred way of attending Sunday morning worship.  If you have any questions, please get in touch with me or any member of the Board.
