We speak of Richmond Hill United Church as a “Caring Community Church”.  This caring for each other and God’s creation extends beyond our church walls and into the community of Richmond Hill. 
Congratulations are in order to seven of our members who are not only active in our church but also help and serve the needs of others in our neighbourhood.  Their efforts were recognized at an award ceremony on Sunday October 16th, when MP Majid Jowhari presented the Queen Elizabeth Platinum Jubilee Pin to the following:  Bev Blake, Esther Collier, Lyn May, DJ McCready, Brian Moore, Donna Smith and Tracy Wixon
The nominations for this recognition were made "due to your important and significant contribution to your community of Richmond Hill”; our faith in action!
